We have JIRA Software 7.13.2 running on a (debian) linux server which authenticates users against an Active Directory running on a different (windows) server.
Every now and then (I can not see a time patter when) this authetication process stops working for about 5 minutes and then just starts working again without any actions taken.
I have a local admin user to test authentication against the AD manually under Settings/User Management/User Directory: Test Settings. This process allways succeeds without any correlation to the success of a normal user login.
How can I track down that problem? Are there any relevant log files?
