Problems Installing Apps from private

Hi,

Though I have admin rights for product access. Getting error(we ran into little trouble - unable to get the app info)  while installing apps from private .

Hi @chandrasekharvarma 

When Installing Private App, you need an access token from the Private App, did you get this? If not, this is usually gotten from Private Listing, from your Marketplace Vendor page. Then click on "create a token" and copy the link.

• On your Jira Settings > Apps > Manage App page, click on Settings and enable Private listing then Apply
• On the same page, click on upload app and paste the private access token link to install the App.

Thank you very much.  I have tried as you suggested, now I am able to install the app.
