Did it work for you at some point in the past for this board?

Are either of the conditions mentioned in the message true? Is the board not associated with a project? Do you not have sufficient permissions to view the data?

this is the problem
I am the administrator of this board
board associated with the project
and it happens randomly
today this analytics can work
tomorrow doesn't work

On this community page if you click on Products in the menu bar you will see "Technical Support" in the list on the right. Click that and at the bottom of that screen will be a Contact Support button.
