Problem with the new Jira import

Hello community

I want to import epics and issues via an CSV. With the old Jira-import I had no problem.

Now I tried to import with the new import version and I'm stuck with the custom fields.

It looks like the import doesn't seem to recognize my custom fields although they do exist.

When I try to import with the old Jira-import, the custom fields appear in the dropdown-menu - with the new Jira-import, they don't appear at all.

What to do?

Hi @EPG JIRA Admin

In new jira cloud, we have two UI's are there to choose CSV import.
You are facing an issue because of new UI CSV import. As highlighted the option in below image, please click on that. Later you will get old UI CSV import as same in jira server or datacenter and start importing CSV file. you won't face any issues.
