Hey, I have same issue for email like `@wxxxxx.sxxxxxxxx.`
I'm not able to reset password or create an account for new users in my company.
And yes, anoying thinks to post a ticket you have to login, but the issue that I can't login

Checking our logs, we were able to find that our emails are being rejected by your server, that's the notifications are not received.

With that said, please ask your server administrator to whitelist our domains and IPs.They can find the details on the documentation below:
