Hello,
I have 2 different accounts, one for JIRA and one for BITBUCKET. Unfortunately, after logging in to JIRA, I will be re-logged to this account, and if I log in to BB, I will be re-logged to JIRA's account. I didn't have that before, now there is a problem with using the products on other accounts. How can I use JIRA and BB on separate users?
This is the SSO that using an Atlassian account will do - your browser is logging in as one account and using the fact its logged into one to access all the services that use that identity.
You'll need to use two separate isolated browser sessions - either a different browser or a browser that you can start an "incognito" session in, independently of the main browser window.
Please explain to me how it works on my old computer? I am using a chrome browser where a separate session cannot be done in one window. It is very inconvenient to use if I had to use a different account for each project
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Your old computer is a separate machine, so it doesn't know to use the session data you have on your other computer.

I checked it on my old machine. From what I can see you had to make some change. So, can you convert my account to another? Unfortunately, the need to change browsers or a session makes my work very difficult.

We're not support, we don't have any access to the user systems.
But even if we did, there is no "convert account", it is nothing to do with the account, it's the way authentication is done in the applications. And that is not going back to the old way it used to do it.
