Problem with installation

I'm trying to able to add Zephyr scale but the thing is I'm in Europe and it's showing some issue and try to contact support team I'm going to attach the picture what exactly it is showing while I'm trying to install. Hope some one can help me on this.20221027_160151.jpg

Have you tried contacting Smartbear's support team (who owns Zephyr)?

You can see contact options from their support page on the Marketplace.
