Problem with column constraints - not behaving as per the constraints

Hi I have given column constraints of min =1 and max = 2 , so for some developers the column has 2 stories still showing color as red , while for some it has again 2 stories but column color is not red. Please help.

Fairly new to Jira - thanks in advance.

Can you provide a screenshot of what appears to be wrong? Also, why are you setting a minimum? Just curious.

refer to the screen shot. I have tried to capture both scenarios in 1 screen shot. so left side image shows column as red - while left side image does not show column as red.

My expectation was the column would not be red as it is within constraints.
