Problem with adding attachments in a transition screen

HI,
I am having trouble adding an attachment to a transition screen. I added the attachment field in the screen that was associated with the transition, and I can see that the file is uploaded successfully and gets a green line. However, when I press the update button, although I can see in the history tab that I made the transition, I cannot see the attachment. Nothing seems to have happened.
Can you please advise me on what I should do? Thank you.
