Problem with a user added in our company's account

Dear Sirs,

 

I am sending you on behalf of the company Steficon.

I am facing a login problem with a user that I have already added but he cannot login.

Our company's url is steficon.atlassian.net 

The user that is facing problem is averilis@steficon.gr

Even when he is entering with his credentials the page is not responding.  I have tried to remove him and add him again but nothing has changed.

May you please check why this is happening?

It's hard to tell - we'd need to see logs, but you're on Cloud, so we can't get to them.

Could you get your user to try another browser and/or computer?  Or, if you've set them up and know their password, try from yours?

If it's the same irrespective of browser and computer, then you probably need help from Cloud support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact
