Problem with JIra Cloud for excel

I use Jira cloud for Excel since a long time, but recently I'm getting this error tring to authenticate to the service: 'this seems not to be a state of our'

Not any idea about the problem, but I'm using without any problem Jira site.

Searching for similar issues with this error message, I didn’t find anything that could help us identify the cause. 

Also, I tested on my local site and Excel and everything works fine.

Can you please share a screenshot of the error with us?

Is this issue happening when you click on Get Jira Data on Excel or after you selecting Issues/Fields?

Please, let us know the steps you are following, so we can try to replicate the same here.
