Problem with Invited users

From today, when I invite users to Jira they remain in the Invited status even after they click on the invitation email
since last month previous users invited become Active after invitation
new users seems to be "stuck" on invited Status
what's happening?

Can you confirm that these users are able to access the Jira data after they accept the invite? Did it throw any error to them?

yes they can access to the Jira Board, but I cannot assign them to any task, and they result to be "Invited" users, but they are not "Active" users

I have the same problem. Created an user and clicked in invite link in email and can not change status from Invited to Active.

When I try to access WPI with that user I get an error that access is not alowed as the user is not authorized.
