When I'll try to write to add comment, nothing happens. But test letter is going successfull. I don't understand, why. Jira 5.2.5

I created mail handler in incoming mails such as Non Quoted. So then I go to the Service and see:

That's ok.

When I'll try to write to add comment, nothing happens. But test letter is going successfull. I don't understand, why. Jira 5.2.5

I believe that this issue should be raised as an issue in the Atlassian Support channel so that the respective engineers will be able to assist you with this issue. Besides that, email related issues can be quite complex, hence it will be best if you can get in touch with them.
