Problem trying to use webhooks for Github

Hi there,

 I'm using Jira 8.14 and I'm trying to configure webhooks for Github. I've configured Github using a DVCS account.

 I'm using this tutorial as a reference: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/delays-for-commits-to-display-in-development-panel-in-jira-server-779160823.html

 When an event occurs a webhook is triggered and the response from Jira is the code 204. However, when I try to access any information on Jira (e.g. click on Pull Requests or Branches) I've started to get this error message:

"Unable to retrieve pull request information

Jira is having difficulty contacting GitHub. If this condition persists, please contact your Jira administrators."
