Trying to configure github it shows me this error and does not show anything regarding the github integration. Is there a general problem, or will it be a problem just with my Jira account.

Hello @Alcides Rosano
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
What step are you actually executing at this point? What screen are you trying to access?
It seems like you might be trying to access the Manage Apps or Find Apps screen.
Have you already installed a GitHub integration app, or are you trying to find one in the above screen?
Have you tried reloading the page, as mentioned in the message?
Have you waited some time and tried agan?

Hello, thanks for the answer. Sorry for not providing enough information. Yes, the github application is already installed. What I want to do there is enter the configuration option from the GITHUB FOR JIRA side menu. There are several ways to enter this screen, from the application administration or also from the apps marketplace there is the Get Started option, but it doesn't show me anything. I even uninstalled the application and reinstalled it. I have also let it load but that message always appears. I have also reloaded the page several times.

Which app specifically have you installed? Can you provide the marketplace link for it?

Of course, the application I used was GitHub for Jira by Attlasian, the link is GitHub for Jira | Atlassian Marketplace
