Problem importing JIRA data: empty tables

Hello, I am trying to import data from JIRA, but I have been having some trouble with it, and hopefully you can help me.
When I try to import, or refresh, data from JIRA, the tables are empty (as can be seen by the screenshot below).
I don’t know if it is a matter of problems with accesses and permissions to retrieve the data, or if there is another underlying issue.
I get no other error messages, just empty tables.
