Problem connecting Trello with JIRA

Hello!
This is done by integrating between Trello and JIRA Software but it has not been possible, the following errors appear:
The JIRA Server you specified requires the installation of the Trello Connector for JIRA Server.

I have already installed this plugin but the connection is not possible
