I would like to change the email address for a number of users in our JIRA cloud instances. When I click on "Show Details" for some of the users I see a button that says "Suggest Changes". However, for most of accounts I need to change I don't see this button. Does anyone have any idea what could be different?
So for those that illustrate "suggest change" it is because the users have Atlassian accounts that are managed by the individual users. A site admin can Verify the domain which will result in the ability for the admin to manage the users.
Regarding why some users can be modified, is it possible that your users span multiple domains?
