Problem With Project Import Using XML

When I'm importing a project from one instance to another instance in JIRA, It is showing me an error as Issue Type Is Missing even though it is already existing and same in case with Custom Fields. Due to this I'm unable to import the project.

Hi John,

Project Import require matching schemes (issue type schemes,workflow schemes, field configuration schemes etc) in source instance and destination instance. So, does your destination instances has the same schemes ?

What is the custom field that is not detected ? Does the custom field comes with plugin like GreenHopper etc ? If yes, does the source instance has been restarted ever since the plugin was installed ?

Any screenshot to clarify the error ?
