Pro Backup app for Jira / Confluence with OAUTH E-Mail error
Hello,
I have installed the app "Pro Backup for Jira" as all was the app "Pro Backup for Confluence" from the Atlassian Marketplace.
At the final step of the "Getting started" process both apps return the same error message to me. (see attached screenshot)
I did of course already the obvious and followed the error message: I can confirm that I have verified my account at the developers homepage with the code I have received via email and I have a verified Atlassian account. I am able to connect other apps such as DocuSign or Hubspot to Pro Backup. Only the Jira/Confluence integration return both this error.
I have already tried contacting the support of the developer, but they weren't helpful and do hardly respond. Does anyone has an idea where this problem is coming from?
