I encounter an issue in my tenant where non-IT people need to assume site administrator access, for example to be able to monitor global automations that are failing, but there is no way to prevent them from doing any other administrator action like add/remove users etc or actively monitor what changes are made without searching numerous audit logs.
Is there any way or any good app in the marketplace to create Privilege Identity Management process were people can request access when they need to do any administrator action and after that the access can be removed automatically ?
At least this way, I will be able to track who assumed access at any point in time so if anything breaks I can root it back to them.
