I have 2 questions 

1. is there a way where I can make a board private and the only people who can view it are the people assigned to tasks on that board?

2. is there a way where I can make usernames private? i don't want all the users to see each other.

Hello @Farah Saad 

1.) Here's a detailed step-by-step to configure a Board as private:

1. Navigate to the board > Click on the three dots icon (...) > Board Settings:
   
2. In the General tab, click on Edit filter query:
   
3. On the Filter query, click on Details > Edit Permissions:
   
4. Add the restrictions to the groups/projects you want or choose Private to allow only your user to access the board
5. Save the restrictions you added.

For second query you can try below steps.

1. A user is only allowed to see the name and profile of another user if they are in the same group. (at least one group, not all)

2. Allow a global administrative option for enabling/disabling user names and profiles.

3. Allow each user to decide whether their name and/or profile should be viewable or not.
