Priorities setup error

Hello,

We're getting this error message on the Project settings page (Administer > Projects > Summary):

Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-project-config-plugin:summary-priorities'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

What does this mean and how can we fix it?

There is no entry for the default priority scheme in configurationcontext table. Not sure how this happened, but may have been a failed upgrade task during the upgrade.. Follow the resolution suggested in the link.
