Preview unavailable after exactly 24 hours in Execution Actual Results

Our screenshot captures are showing Preview unaivable EXACTLY 24 hours after they are added to evidence.  We need this fixed asap.  PLEASE HELP!

Is your problem related to Jira or any Atlassian tools?
