Hello everyone,
I have defined a create screen for an issue that contains fields required for issue creation. As I currently understand it, this screen only is shown if the user creates an issue by clicking on the big 'create' button on the top.
But if a user creates the issue in the backlog by clicking on the '+ create issue' button, the create-screen is not shown.
Is it possible to force the create-screen in any case where an issue is created?
Ok, I think I found the solution. I was still using the default field configuration for my project. After I switched to the custom field configuration scheme where the respecitve fields were marked as required, the create screen popped up also when creating an issue from the backlog
