Hi everyone,
I’m currently preparing for the ACP-100 (Atlassian Jira Administration) certification and I want to make sure I’m focusing on the right topics before scheduling my exam. I’ve gone through the official Jira documentation and tried some hands-on practice in a test environment, but I still feel like there are some gaps in my understanding—especially around permission schemes, project configurations, and workflow design best practices.
For those who’ve taken the exam recently:
Which areas did you find most challenging?
Were there any topics that showed up more heavily than expected?
How much of the test focuses on real-world scenario problem-solving vs. direct feature knowledge?
Did you feel that time management was an issue?
I’ve used the practice tests from Passexam_4_sure — it seems promising — but I’d still like to hear firsthand experiences so I can fine-tune my preparation.
Any insights, study tips, or common pitfalls to avoid would be greatly appreciated. I really want to go into this exam confident and well-prepared.
Thanks in advance!
