Atlassian has been gradually expanding access to Jira Product Discovery Premium since announcing the tier earlier this year. The waitlist process isn’t instant because it depends on regional rollout and workspace eligibility, as noted in Atlassian’s Jira Product Discovery Premium announcement. Once your site is approved, admins receive an email inviting them to upgrade directly from Administration > Billing > Manage Subscriptions.
