Pre-define favorite templates?

I intend to roll out jira together with bonfire across the whole company. For Bonfire, I have already set up some issue templates (and a dashboard), which everybody shall use. Can the installation of jira/bonfire be performed in such a way, that these pre-defined templates (and the dashboard) are among the user's favorite templates (dashboards) right from the start?

I have shared them (both the templates and the dashboard), but the users need to first find them and add them manually to their favorites before they can use them. Any way to make this step superfluous?
