Prakash Hinduja August 4, 2025

Hi everyone, I am Prakash Hinduja, Geneva (Swiss)

I’m working with Jira Cloud automation and currently facing an issue consolidating multiple webhook triggers into a single rule.

Regards

Hi, @Prakash Hinduja

An automation rule can only use one incoming webhook as a trigger, so you can't have multiple webhooks in the same rule.

To handle different webhooks, you can either:

  • Create separate rules for each webhook, each performing different actions, or
  • Send additional data in the request body (like a type or action flag), and use that information in your rule with IF/ELSE logic to determine what action to take.

If you're able to share what you've already set up — without any private or sensitive data — or describe your use case in a bit more detail, we can offer more specific guidance.
