Potential conflict with Jira issuetype rank and risk ranking and Risk Register?

I’ve installed the Risk Register plugin for Jira by Project Balm and I’m running into an issue with ranking the risk. Jira is stating that there may be a potential conflict with issuetype rank due to how Jira issues use ranking?

Could you give us the actual error message you are seeing?  "a potential conflict with issuetype rank" does not make sense
