Post functions for statuses

Hi everyone,

I've got a custom workflow with a Done status, and "All statuses can transition to 'Done'". So there's no specific transition from any other statuses set up. I'm wondering if there's a way to create a post function on the status, so that whenever a user sets a ticket to that status, the post function is run.

No, because status is an indicator of position in a workflow, not an action.  Post-functions run on actions.

But the "All ->" transition is still a transition.  You can add post-functions to them, like any other transition.

Unbelievably, I've never clicked the 'All ->' transition before. I've been working w Jira for years... This opens up so many possibilities now. Thanks Nic.
