Possibly Changes when we move the existing cloud app from one hosting server to other

I am just trying to understand on what all will change if we move an existing 
marketplace app from one hosting server to another.

What's the impact on existing customers?

Are there any recommendation from Atlassian on this?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can't move apps between servers on Cloud, you have no access to the servers that the services are running on.

So I'm a little confused on what you mean here.  What are you actually planning to do?

I have few Atlassian cloud apps which are currently live in Atlassian marketplace.
There apps are hosted on my own servers.
We have active customers for these too.
I am actually planning to move the hosted services from one hosting server 
to another hosting server.

Please let me know if any other details are required.

Oh, I see, you're not talking about moving apps in Cloud, you're the app provider.

Apps like these have a connector in Cloud which tells Cloud where to go when someone uses the app.  

So, if your new server continues to serve your app from the same URL, your users won't notice anything.

I think you have to update the descriptor in your app, rebuild it, and update the marketplace entry for it.
