Possible to restore newer XML backup?

Hi all,

We are restoring a Jira instance to another Jira instance internally. The new instance is empty and ready to get restored.

My question is, this xml backup is taken from version 7.3.0 and we are restoring to 7.1.3 is this possible? Or de we need to upgrade upront like with seperate project imports?

No, there's no way to do such a downgrade, either with full data or just projects.
