Possible to display the percent complete of related tasks to a Story?

Is it possible on the Kanban cards to show completion of “related tasks” or “linked tasks” … i.e. a story would show 5/10 on the cards if 5 of the linked tasks are completed.

There isn't anything built-in that will do that... You could build your own indicator using a custom field and the automation rule functions.  Perhaps run the rule on a scheduled trigger (every X hours) and display the custom field on your cards on the board.

Your Jira site admin should be able to help you with adding a custom field to display this value.  If that is restricted, you could put the value in a Label instead.
