Possibility to measure burndown of stories seen over the whole?

Is it in some way possible to get a graphic progress picture over a whole project?
A graph that higlights which stories that are connected to specific EPICs and at the same time see in what status these stories are in (open or closed)?

There's an earlier answered question here called 'Filter on Stories?' (not possible to refer to the address since it's closed). In that case one need to state a specific sprint in order to see closed/open stories:

I want to see the project from an EPIC and story point of view - without considering specific sprints or teams. Is that possible in Jira?
