Portfolio for Jira: Issues don't show up

I'm new to Portfolio for Jira. I created a Live Plan linked to a Project - no filter, no board.

The project has 1 Epic and 1 Story, connected to each other.

I've included all releases. I added the Fix Version field to Epics, Stories, and Sub-Tasks. I build the Plan thusly:

Live Plan > Name > Project > All Releases > Suggested Team

In step 5, no Issues appear.

I've also tried using a Scrum board as the source, with the same result, even though the Scrum board shows the Epic and the Story.

Can anyone lend a hand?
