Portfolio Import CSV does not take all values, creates every time new issues, no update

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I want to load Issues into Jira Portfolio out of an Excel file and later on update them. We have to do this several times, because we are in a basic phase of the project. Two problems I am phasing
- I try to update existing issues in Jira, every time new issues are generated
- It looks like I can generate links to Parent Initative
- Attached the example CSV file and the Map Field file
I try to load values into the fields into Jira Portfolio
- Attached csv.jpeg images show the CSV file (green works without problems)
- The config1 to 3.jpeg shows the
import mapping
