Hi
Since we configured the Portal-only SSO we're experiencing a lot of issues.
One of the solutions that Atlassian Support suggested me is to use "Migrate to Atlassian account" for duplicate accounts.
Just to make sure I know the correct flow,
If we're using Entra SSO SAML, both for regular login & portal-only SSO,
When a customer (user with Portal-only SSO only) is trying to login our Portal, should it re-direct him from Portal login page to the Atlassian login page?
If so, it still ask for username & password, should the customer use "Login with Microsoft"?
Shouldn't it recognize automatically and redirect to Microsoft login page?
@rtamam If you followed the instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/configure-saml-single-sign-on-for-portal-only-customers/ then the portal only customers should be redirected at the time of login.
