Portal for JIRA FORMS similar to JSM or blended inside JSM

How could we utilize JIRA FORMS (Non JSM) and place them for utilization in a similar fashion to JSM portal selection. This should be an obvious next step so that the intake into the Jira projects is all streamlined for the users to pick and create. How do we achieve this today and how to make it all as well from Service Desk even would be better.

The Forms engine for JSM and the Forms engine for Jira are separate. At this time the Forms cannot be co-mingled. Atlassian has previously replied to queries about having one Forms engine that they had no near term plans to do that and the Forms engines would remains separate for the foreseeable future.
