We have jira linked up where if someone emails a certain distro, it will automatically create a jira request.
As the title suggests, any methods or free plugins anyone knows that will extract the external email address as a custom field?
I realize that others have asked the same questions, but most of them needed a lot more than just the custom field. And all accepted answers are linked to paid plugins that do a lot more than what we need.
If anyone knows anything free or easy to implement, please let me know. I am not a dev, but can do some light coding.
