Populate single select list custom field with data from csv file

I am running an instance of Jira Cloud and am wanting to add a custom field to our request tickets using a single line select field. This is for users to select a cost centre from a defined option list. I'd like to import all the cost centres (options) from a csv or excel file instead of inputting manually.

Can this be done on cloud?
