Populate promoted confluence templates within project

Ben Øye December 16, 2022

Hi Community,

Ive tried my fair share of googling on this issue, trying my luck here (all ive found so far is that this cant be modified)

We run Projects with attached Confluence spaces, consultants generally want to stay within one view for as long as possible and ive been tasked with looking into populating the "Promoted templates" from within the project with a self defined confluence template.

I can promote the template within Confluence, so that its on top of the suggested templates list, but from project I dont seem able to modify the promoted list, see attachment.

Limited by jira restrictions, or am I missing something vital here?

I'm not sure there is a way to make these default ones change - I just made a few test pages with a custom template and it's still the 5 default ones (you only have 3, but I have 5).

My custom templates are visible when I go into "more templates" and check for them (since it opens Confluence), but that's all I've been able to get to work here.
