is it possible that:

upon approving the ticket, the assignee is reminded by a pop-up with some text

(to check whether certain fields have been properly filled)

I mean in the moment, when the assignee presses the button "approved" (under Workflow) to change the status from "in progress" to "closed(approved)", the popup should appear.

I afraid not. What you could do is having a checkbox "I have checked all the fields" that is required on a transistionscreen between the two statuses :)
