PoC Public Client Portal - Sharing trusted information with clients

Hi All, 

Just wanted to validate what possibilities we have to enforce strong authentication on guest user accounts (typical use case for clients). As it clearly stated that MFA and a password policy can't be enforced on guest users. 

I am wondering how we would be able to share reports and issues in a controlled manner with our clients and we can guarantee them that our access policies are enforced and linked to industry best practices. Can we also run a compliance check and classify the type of data for data exposure monitoring? This is a PoC so I wanted to validate the options I have. 

our central identity provider is Azure AD and we have configured SSO for domain verified accounts.
