Hello @Sudhakar Burgose a workflow validator allows users to see the transitions but will check that certain criteria is met in order to reach the final status. Very useful when you want users to fill extra fields and you show those on a transition screen.
As a comparison with the other options
Conditions ensure that certain criteria is met before even showing the transition to the customer
Post function works as things that need to happen after the transition to the new status is complete
