Plugin to export issues list from jira to .csv

Hi,

I have some trouble in exporting the issues list from a project to an .csv file.

It's a encoding probleme. Once I save my .csv file, I use to follow this JRACLOUD-77924 but it's not enought since we make a lot of exporting.

There is a plugin to export my issues list without any probleme of encoding ?
