Plugin Time Tracker issue

Hello,
I have a question regarding the Time Tracker in Jira, it is not visible for me and I’m unable to check logs reports time on issues.

Could you please help me with this?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you trying to use the native Jira time tracking feature? Or are you trying to use a time tracking app from a third party that you got from the Atlassian Marketplace.

If you are trying to use the native Jira time tracking feature, it must be properly configured and you must have the correct permissions granted to you to use it.

You did not identify if you have any administrator access. Are you the Jira App Admin? Are you the Administrator for an individual project/Space? If not, you will need to consult with those individuals to find out if the native time tracking feature has been properly configured and to find out if you have been granted the necessary permissions.

I used the the third party plugin 'Time Tracker' to create reports of the logged time.
