Plugin SEN mismatch

gheorghe_Ciorba

Hello, community!
I installed the plugin with the trial version to test its functionality.
The plugin met our needs, so we purchased a license for it.
I received the license in my atlassian and entered the Server ID to visualize the license.
But I noticed that the SEN of our plugin in Jira (trial version) does not match the SEN in my atlassian, even though I checked the same plugin...
Can anyone help with advice on how to make the plugin's SEN in Jira match the SEN in my atlassian?

Hi @gheorghe_Ciorba

Try to copy the License key from my.atlassian site and paste it into the Jira's plugin license text box. Let me know if that is going to work for you.
