Hi All,

wondering if anyone has use this plugin and would love to know how the license cost works here. the calculator mentioned in the description is only for the whole instance, would that be possible to apply and pay only for selected project?

Hi @Dewa ,

You need to pay for the App based on the number of Jira users you have, regardless of there is only a few users in a few Jira projects that will use the App. This is how the pricing model works.

Example if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.
