Olá Carlos,

Obrigada por entrar em contato com o Atlassian Community!

Instalei o add-on no meu site de teste e está ocorrendo o mesmo problema tanto no projeto Clássico quanto de Última geração.

No nosso marketplace, mostra que a última versão é do dia 12 desse mês, porém não encontrei mais informações sobre algum problema no add-on. 

Dessa forma, sugiro que entre em contato com o suporte deles, pois outros add-ons estão funcionando normalmente.
